We want you to love your t-shirt and we stand behind our products.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will accept returns for 30 days, regardless if its been washed or worn. We will issue a refund back to your original payment or we can work with you on an exchange. If you are disappointed in any way, please start a return or contact us at hello@mototees.com so we can make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How much is shipping?
Domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100, will have a $7.95 flat rate shipping Fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We charge $100 upfront due to the uncertainty of each varying country. Once we make the shipping label with the correct carrier and actual cost, we will refund the excess paid vs the actual cost of the shipping label.
When can I expect my order to ship?
We strive to get all orders out as soon as possible. However, there are times when some of the merchandise may be on the road in one of our on-site vending trucks and we must wait until it returns to our office to ship your product. If we are not able to get your items out to you within 5 days, we will contact you regarding the timeline of when you can expect it.
We ship the most economical way with a variety of methods such as, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx.
